O monosom\u00eda del cromosoma x, es la anomal\u00eda de los cromosomas sexuales m\u00e1s frecuente en la especie humana, con una incidencia en concepciones cl\u00ednicamente reconocidas del 1,3%. Debido a la elevada frecuencia de casos de origen paterno (del 70 al 80%), nos propusimos analizar las anomal\u00edas num\u00e9ricas de los cromosomas sexuales en los espermatozoides de padres de pacientes con st para estudiar la etiolog\u00eda de esta anomal\u00eda cromos\u00f3mica.  con el fin de lograr este objetivo, primero pusimos a punto la t\u00e9cnica de obtenci\u00f3n de pron\u00facleos de espermatozoide humano y su an\u00e1lisis por t\u00e9cnicas de fish multicolor (art\u00edculo 1). para la obtenci\u00f3n de pron\u00facleos utilizamos una modificaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de metafases de espermatozoide humano (martin 1983; benet y col. 1986), que consiste en cultivar los ovocitos de h\u00e1mster polipenetrados en medio de cultivo con colcemid. El colcemid inhibe la formaci\u00f3n del huso, por lo que los ovocitos se mantienen bloqueados en estadio de metafase ii mientras que los espermatozoides progresan hasta el estadio de pron\u00facleo. ello hace posible diferenciar, de forma sencilla, el pron\u00facleo masculino del de h\u00e1mster, y analizar los anomal\u00edas num\u00e9ricas del espermatozoide en \u00e9ste estadio por t\u00e9cnicas de fish.  despu\u00e9s de poner a punto la t\u00e9cnica de pron\u00facleos, quisimos comprobar si exist\u00eda una selecci\u00f3n cromos\u00f3mica de los espermatozoides seg\u00fan la movilidad y capacidad fecundante (art\u00edculo 2), y as\u00ed elegir la metodolog\u00eda m\u00e1s adecuada para el estudio de los espermatozoides de padres de pacientes con st. Utilizando fish multicolor, comparamos las frecuencias de disom\u00eda y diploid\u00eda de los cromosomas sexuales en pron\u00facleos, espermatozoides m\u00f3viles y espermatozoides no seleccionados, sin encontrar diferencias significativas.
