Por ello, esta investigacion ofrece como primicia la edicion paleografica y critica de estos textos diseminados por los cancioneros castellanos del siglo xv y comienzos del xvi, asi como un estudio amplio de esta escuela en sus diversas vertientes: antecedentes, margenes cronologicos, historicos y geograficos, autores, temas, estilo, metrica, lengua, etc. Asi, este trabajo facilita la definitiva incorporacion a los modernos compendios de historia de la literatura medieval del patrimonio lirico gallego-castellano, respondiendo a la demanda de numerosos estudiosos del medievo., en definitiva,
