{"id":41434,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/toma-de-decision-en-ensayos-de-bioequivalencia-parametros-directos-o-con-transformacion-logaritmica\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"toma-de-decision-en-ensayos-de-bioequivalencia-parametros-directos-o-con-transformacion-logaritmica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/toma-de-decision-en-ensayos-de-bioequivalencia-parametros-directos-o-con-transformacion-logaritmica\/","title":{"rendered":"Toma de decision en ensayos de bioequiValencia: parametros directos o con transformacion logaritmica."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ignasi Gich Saladich <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Introduccion: los estudios de bioequiValencia (consideraremos bioequivalentes a aquellos preparados de un mismo principio activo que presentan una biodisponibilidad, en magnitud y velocidad, similar) est\u00e1n adquiriendo gran importancia desde que se utilizan para la evaluaci\u00f3n de los f\u00e1rmacos gen\u00e9ricos.  objetivos y metodolog\u00eda: con el objetivo de realizar un juicio cr\u00edtico acerca del papel de la transformaci\u00f3n logar\u00edtmica de los datos en estos estudios en relaci\u00f3n con las tomas de decisi\u00f3n, se han simulado resultados para 20000 estudios de un tama\u00f1o de 24 voluntarios, modelando el posible efecto de: distribuci\u00f3n de frecuencias original (normal o log-normal), la biodisponibilidad realtiva (0.78, 0.82, 1.08, 1.18 y 1.22) y variabilidad (cv 15 y 30%) (1000 estudios\/condici\u00f3n). As\u00ed mismo se analizaron 13 estudios experimentales. En todos los casos (datos simulados y experimentales) se calcularon los intervalos de confianza de dos formas: sobre los datos directos y sobre los datos previa su log-transformaci\u00f3n.  evaluando el efecto de los 3 factores simulados se obtiene que la mayor aceptaci\u00f3n de bioequiValencia con los datos log-transformados:  a) se mantiene independientemente de la distribuci\u00f3n de frecuencias original.  b) aumenta cuando la biodisponibilidad relativa se aproxima al l\u00edmite superior (f = 1.18 y 1.22).  c) aumenta cuando la variabilidad es baja (15%).  conclusiones: en los estudios, tanto de simulaci\u00f3n como experimentales, la transformaci\u00f3n logar\u00edtmica de los datos modifica los resultados de las tomas de decisi\u00f3n, siendo m\u00e1s exigente el
