Uno de los m\u00e9todos permite acceder, al sistema de piridobenzazepina, descrito por primera vez, a partir de intermedios f\u00e1cilmente accesibles aplicando una modificaci\u00f3n de la reacci\u00f3n de pictet-splenger utilizando paraformaldehido y \u00e1cido trigluoroac\u00e9tico. Los is\u00f3meros de piridobenzazepinas son los intermedios claves para la s\u00edntesis de toda una serie de derivados de isoxazolopiridobenzazepinas que se describen igualmente por primera vez en la bibliograf\u00eda. Esta reacci\u00f3n de ciclaci\u00f3n, intramolecular se aplic\u00f3 asimismo a la s\u00edntesis de halodibenzazepinas, observando idbenticos resultados positivos, siendo el mejor m\u00e9todo para la preparaci\u00f3n de halodibenzazepinas disponible.  se ha puesto a punto una nueva ruta sint\u00e9tica para preparar el derivado de isoxazolopiridobenzazepina que soporta el nitr\u00f3geno en posici\u00f3n 7, que mejora sensiblemente las hasta ahora descritas, tanto en n\u00famero de etapas como en rendimiento global. Dicha ruta implica la formaci\u00f3n del puente metileno (posici\u00f3n 8) en una primera etapa, para despu\u00e9s generar el sistema tric\u00edclico a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n de un enlace am\u00eddico.
