Las estructuras estudiadas han sido: nanocuellos, contactos formados por un \u00fanico \u00e1tomo y cadenas de \u00e1tomos.  se ha estudiado la variaci\u00f3n de la conductancia en funci\u00f3n de la tensi\u00f3n aplicada al provocar deformaciones el\u00e1sticas uniaxiales sobre estructuras de secciones de varias decenas de \u00e1tomos y en el contacto monoat\u00f3mico. se ha comprobado que para explicar dicha variaci\u00f3n hace falta tener en cuenta las caracter\u00edsticas de la estructura electr\u00f3nica del material estudiado.  debido al tama\u00f1o de las estructuras se observan procesos de interferencia de electrones en \u00e9stas. Se presta especial atenci\u00f3n a los producidos en contactos formados por un \u00fanico \u00e1tomo que dan la clave para entender los producidos en contactos de mayor tama\u00f1o as\u00ed como en el r\u00e9gimen de conducci\u00f3n t\u00fanel.  se estudia la interacci\u00f3n electr\u00f3n-fon\u00f3n en distintos metales al variar el tama\u00f1o y forma de las estructuras nanosc\u00f3picas. Por primera vez se hace este estudio en estructuras de tama\u00f1o at\u00f3mico. En cadenas de \u00e1tomos se estudia la dependencia de interacci\u00f3n electr\u00f3n-fon\u00f3n con la tensi\u00f3n aplicada sobre la cadena.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
