{"id":41484,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/structural-transformation-dynamics-in-ge-films-upon-ultrahort-laser-pulse-irradiation\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"structural-transformation-dynamics-in-ge-films-upon-ultrahort-laser-pulse-irradiation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/structural-transformation-dynamics-in-ge-films-upon-ultrahort-laser-pulse-irradiation\/","title":{"rendered":"Structural transformation dynamics in ge films upon ultrahort laser pulse irradiation."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jan Siegel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La din\u00e1mica de las transformaciones estructurales inducidas por pulsos l\u00e1ser de picosegundos (ps) y la determinaci\u00f3n de los factores experimentales que las controlan constituyen el centro de inter\u00e9s de este estudio. para ello se han desarrollado distintos sistemas de medidas \u00f3pticas en tiempo real con resoluci\u00f3n de ps, basado en la utilizaci\u00f3n de una c\u00e1mara \u00abstreak\u00bb.  el estudio comparativo de los procesos de fusi\u00f3n y solidificaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida en l\u00e1minas amorfas de ge con espesores y substratos diferentes, as\u00ed como en el material monocristalino ha proporcionado una amplia comprensi\u00f3n de las diferentes din\u00e1micas de fusi\u00f3n y solidificaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida que pueden inducirse por irradiaci\u00f3n por pulsos de ps. Se ha realizado un esfuerzo adicional en el estudio de transiciones estructurales dentro de la fase amorfa en l\u00e1minas delgadas de ge y se ha analizado de forma muy especial los fen\u00f3menos reversibles de relajaci\u00f3n. Finalmente, se han estudiado las transformaciones de fase inducidas por pulsos de ps en l\u00e1minas de gesb que es un medio soporte de gran inter\u00e9s para discos \u00f3pticos borrables ultrarr\u00e1pidos, determinando las condiciones necesarias para inducir transformaciones reversibles de fase en tiempos menores de un nanosegundo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
