Este efecto est\u00e1 mediado por la generaci\u00f3n de inositol fosfoglicano (ipg), por la inducci\u00f3n de los niveles proteicos de fos y jun, as\u00ed como por la activaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda de las raf\/mapks. el control estricto de los niveles de c-raf es fundamental para el desarrollo normal de la ov, ya que la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de c-raf produce la proliferaci\u00f3n desordenada de la ov y bloquea tanto la morfog\u00e9nesis inducida por el \u00e1cido retinoico, como la apotosis inducida por el factor de crecimiento neural (ngf).  la fosforilaci\u00f3n de c-jun en la serina 63 por las jnks (jun n-terminal kinases) ocurre durante la apoptosis que tiene lugar en el desarrollo del o\u00eddo interno, sugiriendo una funci\u00f3n para estas quinasas en este
