En estas c\u00e9lulas la radiaci\u00f3n induce mayores niveles de ap-1. En las c\u00e9lulas rn1a la luz uvc es capaz de inducir un incremento mayor en la expresi\u00f3n del mrna de c-jun que en las nih3t3, que se correlaciona con una mayor activaci\u00f3n del promotor de c-jun. Demostramos que esta mayor activaci\u00f3n se debe al incremento en la actividad de la quinasa que fosforila a c-jun (jnk). Esto podr\u00eda justificar el mayor nivel de factores ap-1 unidos a sus elementos jun1 y jun2 del promotor de c-jun. comprobamos que en la mayor activaci\u00f3n de jnk por la luz uvc, parece estar implicada la actividad de la calpa\u00edna, una ciste\u00edna porteasa dependiente de calcio. En relaci\u00f3n con el estudio de la regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de mkp-1 inducida por la luz uvc, comprobamos que depende de calcio y de la actividad de la p38 y de las pkcs dependientes de
