Secaracteriz\u00f3 la respuesta humoral frente a las prote\u00ednas kmp11, psa, gp63, hsp70, hsp83, lip2a, lip2b, h2a, prote\u00edna toatal (pt) y prote\u00edna quimera (q). Se determin\u00f3 la v\u00edade inoculaci\u00f3n y el n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de par\u00e1sitos para lograr infecci\u00f3n estable en raton balb\/c (10 elevado a 5 promastigotes\/animal) y muerte del hu\u00e9sped en hamster (10 elevado a 3 prom\/animal). se ensayaron las prote\u00ednas de fusion hsp70-kmp11, hsp70-psa y hsp70-gp63; la mezcla de las prote\u00ednas hsp70,gp63,kmp11 y psa y la prote\u00edna q como vacuna multicmponente y se encontr\u00f3 que en todos los casos hubo reducci\u00f3n significativa de la parasitaci\u00f3n tanto en h\u00edgado como en bazo (hamster) y tambi\u00e9n en m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea (rat\u00f3n). Adem\u00e1s en hamster se observ una reducci\u00f3n en el da\u00f1o de los tejidos de los \u00f3rganos como bazo, h\u00edgado y ri\u00f1on por an\u00e1lisis de anatom\u00eda patol\u00f3gica. De los estudios de marcaje metab\u00f3lico se encontraron diferencias de expresi\u00f3n entre los promastigotes de las cepas lem75 (no infectiva) y bcn150 (infectiva). tambi\u00e9n se vieron diferencias en la inmunolocalizaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas hsp83, kmp11 y psa en las formas amastigote y promastigote de los par\u00e1sitos, con la prote\u00edna hsp70 no se observaron diferencias. Adem\u00e1s se postula la prote\u00edna q como marcador de enfermedad y la prote\u00edna kmp11 como marcador de infecci\u00f3n o presencia de par\u00e1sito.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
