Pilar Martin Duque <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El gen eia de adenovirus tipo 5, induce un marcado descenso en la tumorogenicidad de los carcinomas epidermoides estudiados. este efecto ya se hab\u00eda podido observar con anterioridad mediante expresion constitutiva del gen en cuestion. En el presente estudio, se han podido obtener resultados similares, tanto mediante la inyecci\u00f3n de las l\u00edneas celulares de carcinoma concomitantemente con las c\u00e9lulas productoras de retrovirus, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n con la inyecci\u00f3n intratumoral de estas \u00faltimas sobre tumores previamente establecidos. de igual manera, demostramos que la regi\u00f3n cr2 de la prote\u00edna eia podr\u00eda estar implicada en este efecto antitumoral. tambi\u00e9n comprobamos en ese modelo experimental, la sensibilidad a la radio y quimioterapia in vivo.  mediante el uso de adenovirus delecionados de la regi\u00f3n eib, comprobamos el efecto citot\u00f3xico producido en m\u00faltiples l\u00edneas celulares tumorales, tanto in vivo como in vitro, disminuyendo parcialmente la tumorogenicidad.
