Cecilia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Al depositar 0.5 ml de si a temperatura ambiente sobre la superficie (110) de un cristal de cu se observa la formaci\u00f3n del sistema c(2&#215;2)-si\/cu(110).  utilizando la t\u00e9cnica de difracci\u00f3n de fotoelectrones se ha obtenido la estructura at\u00f3mica de dicho sistema que pertenece a las llamadas aleaciones de superficie. La informaci\u00f3n estructural se completa con un estudio de las propiedades electr\u00f3nicas de la aleaci\u00f3n as\u00ed como de un an\u00e1lisis de diversas caracter\u00edsticas observadas.
