{"id":41664,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efecto-insulinostatico-de-dos-peptidos-anorexigenos-amilina-y-enterostatina-estudio-in-vitro\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"efecto-insulinostatico-de-dos-peptidos-anorexigenos-amilina-y-enterostatina-estudio-in-vitro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/efecto-insulinostatico-de-dos-peptidos-anorexigenos-amilina-y-enterostatina-estudio-in-vitro\/","title":{"rendered":"Efecto insulinostatico de dos peptidos anorexigenos: amilina y enterostatina. estudio \u00abin vitro\u00bb."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jovita Rodriguez Gallardo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo presentado se ha centrado en dos p\u00e9ptidos recientemente identificados: la amilina y la enterostatina, sobe la secreci\u00f3n de hormonas pancre\u00e1ticas.  la amilina se encuentra localizada en el gr\u00e1nulo secretor de la c\u00e9lula beta y es segregada paralelamente con la insulina.  la enterostatina se libera a partir de la procolipasa en el intestino delgado durante el proceso de la digesti\u00f3n.  se ha demostrado la presencia de ambos p\u00e9ptidos en el plasma perif\u00e9rico y que sus niveles plasm\u00e1ticos aumentan tras la ingesta.  en este trabajo se pone de manifiesto que la amilina a una dosis que puede ser considerada fisiol\u00f3gica, inhibe la secreci\u00f3n de insulina inducida por la glucosa. El efecto insulinost\u00e1tico de la amilina s\u00f3lo se manifiesta frente a variaciones de la concentraci\u00f3n de glucosa similares a las fluctuaciones fisiol\u00f3gicas de la glucemia tras la ingesta. En este sentido, puede ser considerada un factor end\u00f3geno diabet\u00f3geno.  por otra parte se ha demostrado que a diferencia de resultados obtenidos \u00abin vivo\u00bb, la infusi\u00f3n directa de amilina no afecta (no reduce) la secreci\u00f3n de glucag\u00f3n. la reducci\u00f3n de la glucagonemia observada \u00abin vivo\u00bb debe ser mediada por alg\u00fan factor neurohumora extrapancre\u00e1tico.  la enterostatina, inhibe la secreci\u00f3n de insulina estimulada por nutrientes (glucosa y arginina) y por p\u00e9ptidos insulinotr\u00f3picos (gip, glp-1).
