Rosario Sabariegos Jare\u00f1o <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La prote\u00edna recn de baccillus subtilis se ha purificado a homegeneidad y se ha caracterizado tanto bioqu\u00edmica como biof\u00edsicamente. recn parece ser un oct\u00e1mero en soluci\u00f3n y tiene una estructura t\u00edpica de las prote\u00ednas de compactaci\u00f3n de cromosomas. Desde el punto de vista bioqu\u00edmico recn tiene una actividad atpasa d\u00e9bil independiente de dna y una actividad dnaasa independiente de atp. recn tiene tanto en dna de cadena sencilla como doble una actividad endonucleasa sin polaridad preferente.
