En esta tesis hemos demostrado, que durante el desarrollo, la expresi\u00f3n de los genes c\/ebpalfa y c\/ebpbeta dependiente del estado tiroideo en h\u00edgado pero no en grasa parda. El ar induce de forma r\u00e1pida de la concentraci\u00f3n de ambos transcritos lo que se corresponde con la inducci\u00f3n de este factor del promotor c\/ebpalfa. Ensayos de transfecci\u00f3n en c\u00e9lulas de adipocitos marrones inmortalizados mb492 utilizando un fragmento de 1,2 kb del promotor c\/ebpalfa muestran que t3, ar e insulina son capaces de inducir este promotor. Los receptores activados pro proliferadores de peroxisomas (pparalfa y pparbeta) y el factor de transcripci\u00f3n ngf1-a inhiben la actividad del promotor y las prote\u00ednas c\/ebps la aumentan.  los resultados obtenidos en esta tesis indican que los genes c\/ebpalfa y c\/ebpbeta son regulados por t3 en h\u00edgado durante el desarrollo y dicha regulaci\u00f3n es compleja implicando posibles
