Asimismo, se han descrito las secuencias proteicas correspondientes en parascaris univalens y schizosaccharomyces pombe de 84.2 y 141.8 kd, respectivamente. ambas presentan homolog\u00edas con prote\u00ednas tipo miosina y tienen capacidad para formar filamentos enrollados o \u00abcolied-coli\u00bb. Los resultados obtenidos a partir de la interrupci\u00f3n del gen responsable en schizosaccharmyces pombe denominado alml permiten concluir que alml es importante, aunque no esencia para la divisi\u00f3n mit\u00f3tica, resultando necesaria para la germinaci\u00f3n de las esporas. Alml es un nuevo componente de la regi\u00f3n media en schizosaccharomyce pombe que puede estar involucrado en los mecanismos celulares implicados en la segregaci\u00f3n nuclear al inicio de la
