Pero en estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os estas t\u00e9cnicas se han aplicado a c\u00e9lulas y \u00f3rganos de forma local e \u00abin vivo\u00bb, esta tecnolog\u00eda permitir\u00e1 corregir desordenes gen\u00e9ticos y el estudio de la fisiolog\u00eda de prote\u00ednas y promotores en los \u00f3rganos de inter\u00e9s.  en este trabajo los \u00f3rganos estudiados son los del tracto reproductor femenino. Para inducir estas modificaciones gen\u00e9ticas se inyectaron complejos adn\/liposomas por el oviducto, lo que produjo la transfecci\u00f3n del oviducto y del \u00fatero. En el oviducto la expresi\u00f3n de los genes ex\u00f3genos se localiz\u00f3 en el istmo y la juntura \u00fatero-tubal, por otro lado el \u00fatero la expresi\u00f3n se localiz\u00f3 en la zona basal de las gl\u00e1ndulas uterinas.  la expresi\u00f3n de los genes marcadores (beta-galactosidasa y gfp) se estudi\u00f3 por diferentes mbetodos tanto histol\u00f3gicos (histoqu\u00edmica, fluorescencia e inmunohistoqu\u00edmica) como moleculares (westhern-bolt, southern-blot y pcr). pero la parte fundamental de este trabajo es que se estudi\u00f3 algunos par\u00e1metros que afectan a la transfecci\u00f3n del \u00fatero y del oviducto de los ratones, como son: la duraci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de los genes marcadores, la extensi\u00f3n de la transfecci\u00f3n en el tracto reproductor femenino, la eficiencia de dos vectores de transfecci\u00f3n y el efecto de los momentos hormonales sobre la transfecci\u00f3n..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
