Se ha demostrado in vitro la interacci\u00f3n entre gfh-1 y tr, y se han podido identificar los dominios proteicos que participan directamente en la interacci\u00f3n mediante el sistema de los dos h\u00edbridos aplicado a levaduras. Estos son los dominios af-1 y af-2 de los receptores nucleares y el dominio chg de ghf-1. Se define, por primera vez, una funci\u00f3n molecular en la regi\u00f3n de ghf-1 comprendida entre los residuos 72 y 130, implicada directamente en la interacci\u00f3n con prote\u00ednas correguladoras de ghf-1. por otra parte, se han optimizado dos sistemas de expresi\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas recombinantes rghf-1 y rghf-2 en bacterias y se han generado anticuerpos policlonales espec\u00edficos para estas prote\u00ednas.  as\u00ed mismo, se ha podido comprobar la naturaleza m\u00e1s insoluble de la isoforma rghf-2, debida a la inserci\u00f3n de 26 amino\u00e1cidos producida en el procesamiento alternativo del tr\u00e1nscrito primario de rghf-1 y que aporta una regi\u00f3n de carbacter hidrof\u00f3bico que la distingue de
