Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha dise\u00f1ado un m\u00e9todo sencillo y espec\u00edfico de amplificaci\u00f3n y clonado de alelos hla-a y hla-b, que permite obtener su regi\u00f3n codificante completa a partir de adnc. Mediante este m\u00e9todo se han clonado y caracterizado las especificidades a1 y b61 que forman parte del haplotipo m\u00e1s frecuente y caracter\u00edstico de la poblaci\u00f3n gitana espa\u00f1ola (a1-cw*1502-b61-drb1*1404).  adem\u00e1s se ha caracterizado la estructura primaria del alelo b*7301 y se ha puesto en evidencia el que presenta numerosas sustituciones inusuales en el locus hla-b y una mayor longitud en su porci\u00f3n transmembranosa, rasgos que permiten incluirlo en un segundo linaje al\u00e9lico de este locus.  hemos clonado y secuenciado cuatro nuevos alelos del locus hla-c, estos se hab\u00edan detectado como nuevas variantes mediante la t\u00e9cnica de pcr-ssp: cw*15051, cw*1602, cw*0704 y cw*1701.
