Empleando un conjunto de quimeras que conten\u00edan un ep\u00edtopo ant\u00edgenico, se identific\u00f3 una quimera que era capaz de generar p\u00e9ptido independientemente de tap. El empleo de inhibidores de proteasomas descarta la implicaci\u00f3n de los mismos en esta v\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s se observ\u00f3 que la maduraci\u00f3n proteol\u00edtica en la ruta secretoria de esta quimera est\u00e1 relacionada con la presentaci\u00f3n antig\u00e9nica, lo que sugiere que este nuevo mecanismo tiene lugar en la v\u00eda secretoria. Se identific\u00f3 la proteasa furina activa en el tgn como la proteasa implicada en la maduraci\u00f3n y en la presentaci\u00f3n antig\u00e9nica. Se analiz\u00f3 el p\u00e9ptido generado por ambas v\u00edas de presentaci\u00f3n antig\u00e9nica y se observ\u00f3 que ambas generan al mismo p\u00e9ptido antig\u00e9nico. El empleo de otras quimeras con otro ep\u00edtopo presentado por otras mol\u00e9culas de mhc de clase i e inserado en la misma posici\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna, defini\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n general de esta nueva v\u00eda para la presentaci\u00f3n de ant\u00edgenos independientemente de las restricciones impuestas por tap y los proteasomas..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
