Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha estudiado el proceso de deposici\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas de diamante por mjcvd sobre obleas de silicio pulidas. Con el fin de aumentar la densidad de nucleaci\u00f3n se ha sometido el sustrato a dos tratamientos previos: rayado y aplicaci\u00f3n de un voltaje. Se han estudiado ambos tratamientos utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis de alta resoluci\u00f3n como la espectroscop\u00eda xanes y la microscop\u00eda de fuerzas (afm). Se ha establecido un modelo de nucleaci\u00f3n capaz de explicar los resultados experimentales obtenidos. Tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado la influencia de la composici\u00f3n de la mezcla gaseosa en la etapa de crecimiento. por \u00faltimo, se ha investigado el efecto de la adici\u00f3n de o2 a la mezcla de ch4 y h2, donde se muestra la posibilidad de conseguir velocidades de desposici\u00f3n m\u00e1s altas, manteniendo la calidad de las pel\u00edculas, mediante la adici\u00f3n de peque\u00f1as cantidades de ox\u00edgeno.
