{"id":41735,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/desarrollo-de-nuevas-sintesis-de-derivados-aromaticos-policiclicos\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"desarrollo-de-nuevas-sintesis-de-derivados-aromaticos-policiclicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/desarrollo-de-nuevas-sintesis-de-derivados-aromaticos-policiclicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollo de nuevas sintesis de derivados aromaticos policiclicos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Oscar De Frutos Garcia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral se han empleado reacciones de formaci\u00f3n de biarilos empleando qu\u00edmica organomet\u00e1lica del pd para la preparaci\u00f3n de productos naturales quin\u00f3nicos e hidrocarburos arom\u00e1ticos polic\u00edclicos.  en la primera parte se han empleado la reacci\u00f3n de acoplamiento catalizado por pd entre una bromonaftoquinona y un etraorganoestannano para la s\u00edntesis de una glivocsrcina natural (be-12406&#215;2), el antibi\u00f3tico ws-5995-b y la fenantroviridona, siendo la s\u00edntesis de este \u00faltimo la m\u00e1s eficiente de las descritas hasta la fecha. Tambi\u00e9n se ha preparado un intermedio muy avanzado en la s\u00edntesis de la jadomicina a, mediante el mismo acoplamiento. Por otra parte, se ha obtenido el esqueleto de benzo(b)fluoreno de la kinamicinas mediante una ciclaci\u00f3n arilalquimo-aleno. En la segunda parte de la tesis, se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo para la obtenci\u00f3n de truxenos trialquilados en disposici\u00f3n syn, mediante alquilaci\u00f3n del truxeno e insomerizaci\u00f3n del is\u00f3mero anti mayoritario. Estos truxenos syn-trialquilados se autoasocian en disoluci\u00f3n, siendo la constante mayor para los truxenos tribencilados, encontr\u00e1ndose, que la constante de uno de ellos es la m\u00e1s grande observada para fen\u00f3menos de autoasociaci\u00f3n en donde \u00fanicamente intervienen interacciones arom\u00e1ticas. En la asociaci\u00f3n hay dos contribuciones: de la base del truxeno, que permite la aproximaci\u00f3n, y de los anillos arom\u00e1ticos que hacen la asociaci\u00f3n efectiva.
