Rosario Fernandez Fernandez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo realizado durante esta tesis ha permitido desarrollar los tres objetivos que nos propusimos al inicio de la misma.  en primer lugar se ha profundizado en el conocimiento de la prote\u00edna de la c\u00e1psida (cp) del virus de la sharka. Se han realizado estudios sobre la capacidad de diferentes zonas de la regi\u00f3n amino terminal de albergar modificaciones. Asimismo se han realizado estudios para profundizar en el conocimiento de las propiedades inmunog\u00e9nicas y estructurales de dicha cp.  en segundo lugar se han desarrollado varios vectores para la utilizaci\u00f3n del virus de la sharka, en concreto la regi\u00f3n amino terminal de la cp de este, para expresar p\u00e9ptidos antig\u00e9nicos de inter\u00e9s en la superficie de sus viriones. Las quimeras derivadas de estos vectores han mostrado su utilidad pr\u00e1ctica tanto para el diagn\u00f3stico de animales y personas que han desarrollado anticuerpos frente a una determinada secuencia pept\u00eddica, as\u00ed como a la hora de inducir una respuesta, espec\u00edfica y eficiente, de anticuerpos o de c\u00e9lulas t.  en tercer y \u00faltimo lugar se ha desarrollado un vector de expresi\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas heter\u00f3logas completas, que se producen en la planta de un modo independiente del resto de productos virales.
