Adem\u00e1s, los ic inducen la expresi\u00f3n y s\u00edntesis de quimioquinas, a trav\u00e9s de nk-kappab.  en experimentos in vivo intentamos modular la interacci\u00f3n de los ic con los receptores fc mediante la administraci\u00f3n de fragmentos fc de la igg en un modelo de nefritis inmune. al final del periodo de estudio, los animales tratados presentaron una reducci\u00f3n de la proteinuria, una mejor\u00eda de las lesiones morfol\u00f3gicas y una disminuci\u00f3n de los depositos de c3. Tambi\u00e9n, en estos animales se observ\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n de la proliferaci\u00f3n glomerular, el infiltrado inflamatorio y el acumulo de prote\u00ednas de la matriz extracelular, todo esto se acompa\u00f1\u00f3 de una marcada disminuci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n de quimioquinas y factores de crecimiento, as\u00ed como una menos activaci\u00f3n de los factores de transcripci\u00f3n nk-kappab y ap-1. estos resultados indican que la administraci\u00f3n de fragmentos fc de la igg podria bloquear la interacci\u00f3n de los ic con los receptores fc de las c\u00e9lulas residentes in vivo, lo que podr\u00eda representar un nuevo abordaje para el tratamiento de las nefritis inmunes.  nuestros resultados podr\u00edan ayudar a una mejor compresi\u00f3n de los mecanismos
