{"id":41745,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/fisica-de-agregados-anfifilicos\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"fisica-de-agregados-anfifilicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/fisica-de-agregados-anfifilicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Fisica de agregados anfifilicos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Daniel Duque Campayo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las mol\u00e9culas anfif\u00edlicas presentan de manera simult\u00e1nea dos tendencias opuestas, ya que est\u00e1n formadas por una cabeza de car\u00e1cter hidr\u00edlico y una cola (o varias) de car\u00e1cter hidrof\u00f3bico. esto hace que las disoluciones de estas mol\u00e9culas presentan muchas veces agregados en los cuales las mol\u00e9culas protegen sus colas a la vez que presentan las cabezas hacia el agua circundante. la descripci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica de estos agregados es hoy en d\u00eda, a pesa de algunos avances recientes, incompleta. en esta tesis doctoral se ha completado y generalizado un m\u00e9todo alternativo para la descripci\u00f3n de estos agregados. Se parte de un modelo simplificado para la interaci\u00f3n entre anfifilos y mediante t\u00e9cnicas de funcionales de la densidad (tomadas de la teor\u00eda de fluidos no homog\u00e9neos) se llega a la descripci\u00f3n de los distintos agregados como no homogeneidades auto-mantenidas (es decir, que no precisan un campo externo para formarse). Hemos estudiado la descripci\u00f3n termodin\u00e1mica de agregados de tipo micelar, aportando una manera de tener en cuenta la entrop\u00eda asociada al desplazamiento del agregado por todo el sistema (que se perd\u00eda en la descripci\u00f3n con un funcional de la densidad).  adem\u00e1s hemos generalizado el m\u00e9todo original a una mezcla binaria, para la cual puede llegarse a la
