El trabajo est\u00e1 dividido en dos partes, la primera de las cuales presenta un estudio del transporte electr\u00f3nico en diversas estructuras superconductoras de dimensiones nanom\u00e9tricas. En concreto, se presentan predicciones claras sobre la corriente, las fluctuaciones de la corriente, el t\u00fanel resonante y la espectroscop\u00eda de los estados andreev en estos sistemas. Algunas predicciones como la dependencia de la corriente continua en funci\u00f3n del voltaje han sido confirmadas experimentalmente.  la segunda parte est\u00e1 dedicada a una descripci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica de como se transporta la corriente el\u00e9ctrica en contactos met\u00e1licos de tama\u00f1o at\u00f3mico. En particular, se muestra como los orbitales de Valencia de un \u00e1tomo entre dos electrodos dan lugar a los canales de conducci\u00f3n, y como las transmisiones de estos canales evolucionan al ser sometido el contacto a deformaciones. tambi\u00e9n se muestra la confirmaci\u00f3n de estas predicciones llevadas a cabo en diferentes laboratorios..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
