En cambio, las capas preparadas por pecvd constituyen un compuesto qu\u00edmico sioxny en una sola fase. la utilizaci\u00f3n de estas t\u00e9cnicas de crecimiento en sustratos cer\u00e1micos porosos ha permitido modificar sus propiedades de permeabilidad a distintos gases. Esto puede encontrar aplicaci\u00f3n en procesos de separaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno en sistemas de producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda a partir de combustibles
