La primera parte, a modo de introducci\u00f3n, recuerda las caracter\u00edsticas de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de clasificaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica, y explica las ventajas fundamentales del m\u00e9todo lamda, entre ellas, su capacidad de trabajar simult\u00e1neamente con datos cualitativos y cuantitativos, su rapidez, automatismo de funcionamiento, bajo requerimientos de memoria y f\u00e1cil interpretaci\u00f3n de los resultados. Este m\u00e9todo empezo a ser dise\u00f1ado hace unos quince a\u00f1os gracias al esfuerzo de varios autores (aguilar, l\u00f3pez de m\u00e1ntaras, piera&#8230;).  la segunda secci\u00f3n del trabajo se centra en generalizar y completar las capacidades de esta t\u00e9cnica, dando origen a los m\u00e9todos basados en conectivos h\u00edbridos. Tal generalizaci\u00f3n se emprende en tres direcciones: extensi\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n de posibilidad utilizada para los descriptores cualitativos, completici\u00f3n de la capacidad de exploraci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de los todos resultados posibles, y dise\u00f1o de medidas difusas de evaluaci\u00f3n de estos resultados.  tras estas contribuciones te\u00f3ricas, la siguiente aportaci\u00f3n de la tesis es la programaci\u00f3n de un entorno de aprendizaje y rutinas de reconocimiento en tiempo real que adem\u00e1s se ofrecen al dominio p\u00fablico v\u00eda internet. Sus caracter\u00edsticas son la flexibilidad, potencia, modularidad (filosof\u00eda orientada a objetos), facilidad de uso en varias plataformas y rapidez de funcionamiento.  la cuarta parte del trabajo ilustra la bondad del m\u00e9todo aplicando las herramientas desarrolladas a la supervisi\u00f3n de un proceso industrial real, logrando un muy buen rendimiento.  por supuesto, la \u00faltima
