Hacemos un breve repaso a las transiciones de fase de segundo orden en f\u00edsica estad\u00edstica.  presentamos el concepto de universalidad como de especial relevancia para la discusi\u00f3n posterior.  . Introducimos la noci\u00f3n de sistema complejo y el concepto de transici\u00f3n de fase extendido a sistemas alejados de los intereses cl\u00e1sicos de la f\u00edsica. Explicitamos la hip\u00f3tesis de complejidad en la frontera del caos.  . Presentamos ejemplos concretos de redes biol\u00f3gicas: de redes neuronales a redes gen\u00e9ticas.  . Presentamos el modelo de redes booleanas aleatorias (rbn), hilo conductor de nuestro estudio. Explicamos su interpretaci\u00f3n en el contexto de la diferenciaci\u00f3n celular.  . Exponemos las dos t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas para determinar anal\u00edticamente la transici\u00f3n de fase en las rbn: el m\u00e9todo del solapamiento y el n\u00facleo estable.  (2) contribuciones  los seis cap\u00edtulos siguientes son el cuerpo de la tesis.  . Comenzamos generalizando la rbn a trav\u00e9s de la introducci\u00f3n de un sesgo p y una conectividad media. Esto nos permite definir un espacio de fases para la transici\u00f3n orden-desorden de las redes. Y determinar mediante argumentos de m\u00e1xima entrop\u00eda la distribuci\u00f3n de conectividades m\u00e1s probable bajo la hip\u00f3tesis de anticaos.  desarrollamos un sencillo m\u00e9todo basado en la propagaci\u00f3n de perturbaciones m\u00ednimas para determinar el dominio de transici\u00f3n. Comparamos su funcionalidad frente al m\u00e9todo de la distancia para rbn acopladas, redes neuronales y vidrios de esp\u00edn.  . A trav\u00e9s de la derivada booleana y en analog\u00eda con los sistemas continuos encontramos exponentes de lyapunov para las rbn.
