Dos son las t\u00e9cnicas que se han utilizado para el desarrollo de la tesis: la espectroscopia y la tomograf\u00eda de impedancia el\u00e9ctrica.  el objetivo de esta tesis es la contribuci\u00f3n al desarrollo de equipos y m\u00e9todos tanto en espectroscop\u00eda como en tomograf\u00eda de impedancia el\u00e9ctrica para la obtenci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros e im\u00e1genes param\u00e9tricas respectivamente, que nos permita la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los diferentes tejidos, as\u00ed como de la evoluci\u00f3n de su isquemia. De todos los tejidos se ha estudiado con m\u00e1s profundidad el tejido mioc\u00e1rdico.  las conclusiones obtenidas son: con los equipos y m\u00e9todos desarrollados en espectroscopia y tomograf\u00eda de impedancia el\u00e9ctrica se ha podido caracterizar con medidas in-vivo los diferentes tejidos, comprob\u00e1ndose cu\u00e1l es la velocidad en la evoluci\u00f3n de su isquemia, y su influencia en los diferentes par\u00e1metros de los modelos aplicados sobre las medidas. Estos resultados nos han permitido comprobar las limitaciones de las medidas in-vitro para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de tejidos in-vivo.
