{"id":41871,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/els-microorganismes-filamentosos-i-els-protozous-en-la-depuracio\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"els-microorganismes-filamentosos-i-els-protozous-en-la-depuracio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/els-microorganismes-filamentosos-i-els-protozous-en-la-depuracio\/","title":{"rendered":"Els microorganismes filamentosos i els protozous en la depuracio."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Julita Oliveras Masramon <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo de tesis se eval\u00faa el papel de las poblaciones de microorganismos en un tratamiento biol\u00f3gico de las aguas residuales generadas por la industria c\u00e1rnica, con la finalidad de contribuir al conocimiento de la biolog\u00eda y la din\u00e1mica de los organismos que componen la biocinesis del sistema, al variar las condiciones operacionales de la planta, y evaluar la importancia que tienen estos microorganismos en el grado de depuraci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica.  la composici\u00f3n de las aguas residuales tratadas y el sistema de fangos activados por aireaci\u00f3n prolongada representan un microh\u00e1bitat en l\u00edquido de mezcla del reactor biol\u00f3gico. Este h\u00e1bitat est\u00e1 compuesto principalmente por microorganismos filamentosos y protozoos, los primeros representados b\u00e1sicamente por actinomicetos nocardioformes (56%). En el periodo considerado, los microorganismos filamentosos han alcanzado concentraciones superiores a los 10 elevado 4 mg\/g en el reactor, favoreci\u00e9ndose la formaci\u00f3n de espumas (foaming) en su superficie. El 80% de estos microorganismos se encuentran en las espumas.  la configuraci\u00f3n del sistema de depuraci\u00f3n favorece el crecimiento relativo a los microorganismos filamentosos formadores de espumas. Esto se debe principalmente a las bajas cargas m\u00e1sicas del reactor (0,05 kg dbo5\/kg ssvlm.D) y al prolongado tiempo de permanencia celular en el reactor(=20 d\u00edas). la forma constructiva del reactor biol\u00f3gico, paredes altas y sin orificios para la evacuaci\u00f3n de espumas, permite el establecimiento de las mismas.  la presencia ocasional de protozoos flagelados indica que el efluente alcanza valores de materia en suspensi\u00f3n (mes) y de la demanda qu\u00edmica de ox\u00edgeno (dqo) ligeramente superiores a los valores medios obtenidos en el estudio. Por otra parte, la presencia de protozoos ciliados, que se detectan de forma habitual, indica una calidad, medida en t\u00e9rminos de mes y dqo, \u00f3ptima.
