El modelo consta de: una arquitectura de sistema, un modelo de agente; un lenguaje de comunicaci\u00f3n entre agentes; un algoritmo de toma de decisi\u00f3n distributiva y un algoritmo de aprendizaje: de regiones de competencia y preferencia: el modelo iao se ha probado experimentalmente en dos aplicaciones y los resultados obtenidos muestran que, bajo ciertas condiciones, la calidad de los
