Esta inteligencia surge de la integraci\u00f3n de ideas provenientes de los sistemas inteligentes y de los interfaces de usuario inteligentes, y toma forma en una arquitectura reflexiva, llamada rohci, soportada por un modelo flexible de conocimiento estructurado, con la que es posible entablar y mantener di\u00e1logos usuario-sistema caracterizados por la capacidad del sistema para proporcionar sus respuestas bajo criterios de calidad de interacci\u00f3n.  la viabilidad de la arquitectura rohci se muestra con su aplicaci\u00f3n en un problema de dimensi\u00f3n real, dise\u00f1ando y construyendo un sistema de ayuda a la decisi\u00f3n en la gesti\u00f3n del transporte p\u00fablico de la ciudad de tur\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
