La estructura de la tesis tiene dos partes principales. En primer lugar se realiza un an\u00e1lisis te\u00f3rico de la distribuci\u00f3n de funcionalidad entre recursos hardware y software. En segundo lugar se presenta el tratamiento aplicado que se ha dado al problema. El estudio te\u00f3rico incluye la caracterizaci\u00f3n y modelado de la fase de distribuci\u00f3n de funcionalidad. El tratamiento pr\u00e1ctico comprende el estudio e implementaci\u00f3n de una serie de t\u00e9cnicas que permiten realizar la partici\u00f3n hw-sw. Los m\u00e9todos realizados se agrupan en dos tipos: algoritmos cl\u00e1sicos y t\u00e9cnicas de inteligencia artificial. Entre los algoritmos cl\u00e1sicos, se ha realizado una adaptaci\u00f3n del procedimiento estoc\u00e1stico recocico simulado, de un algoritmo de migraci\u00f3n de grupos, el kernighan &amp; lin y de un algoritmo constructivo de agrupamiento. La inteligencia artificial ha sido la base de la implementaci\u00f3n de un sistema basado en l\u00f3gica borrosa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
