En segundo lugar se ha dedicado una gran atenci\u00f3n a la influencia del entorno acustico mediante dos formas de tratar el problema en situaciones de ruido y reverberaci\u00f3n, la primera usa la se\u00f1al binaural (dos canales) a un procesador basado en inhibici\u00f3n colateral, para realizar tanto localizaci\u00f3n como separaci\u00f3n de fuentes; la segunda mediante tecnicas de procesado en array y filtrado de wiener para cancelar tanto el ruido difuso (incorrelado espacialmente) debido a la reverberaci\u00f3n y el ruido coherente con alta correlaci\u00f3n
