Este sistema de oxidaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno aumenta la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de la simbiosis y constituye una fuente potencial de mejora de la fijaci\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno y de la productividad de las leguminosas.  la investigaci\u00f3n realizada en esta tesis doctoral se centra en el an\u00e1lisis estructural y funcional de genes tipo fnr en r. Leguminosarum bv. Viciae upm791 y, en particular de su implicaci\u00f3n en la regulaci\u00f3n de genes de la oxidaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno y de la fijaci\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno. Para llevar esto a cabo se procedi\u00f3 al aislamiento y caracterizaci\u00f3n de genes tipo fnr en r. Leguminosarum, y a la posterior identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de genes fix y hyp cuya expresi\u00f3n dependiera de prote\u00ednas codificadas por estos genes fnr.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
