Se aplican diferentes modelos dependiendo de los reg\u00edmenes fluidos que pueden aparecer, todos ellos funci\u00f3n de la cantidad de vapor y luido presentes en la mezcla. En la presente tesis se han elegido dos de ellos: el modelo homog\u00e9neo, el cual considera una mezcla uniforme y en equilibrio de l\u00edquido y vapor, y el modelo evut (igual velocidad pero distinta temperatura entre fases), que intenta conservar la simplicidad del modelo homog\u00e9neo al tiempo que incorpora los fen\u00f3menos de no-equilibrio que aparecen durante el proceso de cambio de fase.  ambos modelos son aplicados al desarrollo de un problema de descarga de un fluido a trav\u00e9s de un tubo o tobera, obteniendo como principal resultado el valor del flujo m\u00e1sico de salida, as\u00ed como, en el modelo evut, la estimaci\u00f3n de la mataestabilidad alcanzable por el l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
