{"id":42025,"date":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sistema-inteligente-de-modelado-y-prediccion\/"},"modified":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"sistema-inteligente-de-modelado-y-prediccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/matematicas\/sistema-inteligente-de-modelado-y-prediccion\/","title":{"rendered":"Sistema inteligente de modelado y prediccion"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Rubio Sanchez Juan  Luis <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la tesis \u00absistema inteligente de modelado y prediccion\u00bb se presenta una metodolog\u00eda para el modelado de procesos alternativa a las existentes. dicha metodolog\u00eda se basa en la cooperaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas en contraposici\u00f3n a la utilizaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas individuales. en concreto se aborda el problema de modelizaci\u00f3n desde la perspectiva de un modelado inicial univariante arima que posteriormente se mejora mediante el empleo de redes neuronales. El papel de las redes neuronales consiste en predecir, en la medida de lo posible, los residuos que se generar\u00e1n en el modelo univariante. Para ello se incorpora a la red informaci\u00f3n sobre variables ex\u00f3genas que puedan influir sobre la variable objeto de estudio. La combinaci\u00f3n de ambas predicciones mejora los resultados de las t\u00e9cnicas individuales.  igualmente se aportan una serie de t\u00e9cnicas encaminadas a simplificar la tarea de representaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n en redes neuronales y mejorar la calidad del aprendizaje. dichas t\u00e9cnicas abarcan desde la representaci\u00f3n de variables cuantitativas y cualitativas hasta medidas de calidad del conocimiento que la red neuronal ha adquirido.  para la realizaci\u00f3n del trabajo ha sido necesario desarrollar un programa inform\u00e1tico, ejecutable sobre varias plataformas, en entorno gr\u00e1fico, de f\u00e1cil portabilidad, que sea capaz de ajustar los diversos modelos que emplea la metodolog\u00eda propuesta.  con objeto de contrastar la validez del m\u00e9todo se ha aplicado dicha metodolog\u00eda a la predicci\u00f3n de demanda el\u00e9ctrica. Para ello se han tomado datos de consumo el\u00e9ctrico semanales y se ha elaborado inicialmente un modelo arima univariante que posteriormente ha sido mejorado mediante redes neuronales.
