Resulta por tanto importante determinar la fracci\u00f3n complejada org\u00e1nicamente en el medio marino, la cual no resulta t\u00f3xica para el fitoplancton. La t\u00e9cnica utilizada en el c\u00e1lculo de las distintas fracciones de cu(ii) y pb(ii) en disoluci\u00f3n es la voltametr\u00eda de redisoluci\u00f3n, en su variente de barrido de potencial an\u00f3dico para determinar las capacidades adsortivas de las c\u00e9lulas de las dos diatomeas seleccionadas: phaeodatylum tricornutum y thalassiosira weissflogii respecto de ambos metales y en la variente cat\u00f3dica para obtener la capacidad complejante c\u00faprica de los ligandos naturales en disoluci\u00f3n y de los ligandos exudados por phaeodactylum tricornutum.  el m\u00e9todo de obtenci\u00f3n iterativa de los par\u00e1metros que describen tanto la complejaci\u00f3n como la adsoci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan un modelo heterog\u00e9neo de los ligandos presentes en la muestra, existente en la bibliograf\u00eda (van den berg. 84), ha sido mejorado para el c\u00e1lculo de la concentraci\u00f3n y constante de estabilidad de aquellos ligandos con mayor afinidad por el metal en disoluci\u00f3n, mediante el uso combinado de las transformaciones propuestas por van den berg\/ruzic(1984) y sctchard(1957).  en cuanto a los resultados experimentales, se determina en un principio las capacidades adosortivas de ambas diatomeas y la complejante del agua de mar utilizada. a partir de esto se determina la relaci\u00f3n entre adsorci\u00f3n y complejaci\u00f3n en el agua de mar utilizada, aunque con la limitaci\u00f3n de no poder obtener m\u00e1s de un tipo de ligandos naturales en disoluci\u00f3n en el caso de la complejaci\u00f3n. Asimismo se determina la dependencia de la adosrci\u00f3n con las variables f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas del medio (ph, temperatura, salinidad, presencia de otros metales traza).
