Este modelo, al que hemos denominado alternancia, se aplica desde una perspectiva sist\u00e9mica del aprendizaje y utiliza la colaboraci\u00f3n entre profesores, la replicaci\u00f3n inmediata y la evaluaci\u00f3n continua y proactiva como estrategias b\u00e1sicas de investigaci\u00f3n, posibilitando la soluci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y eficaz de problemas de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje desde el aula.  como resultado de este proceso de investigaci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1amos un instrumento de aprendizaje: aprendizaje m\u00e1gico, (cuya aplicaci\u00f3n al \u00e1mbito de la lengua escrita hemos denominado aprendizaje m\u00e1gico de la lengua), que, partiendo de las caracter\u00edsticas sociaoambientales del centro educativo y utilizando estrategias y t\u00e9cnicas basadas en el pensamiento infantil, ha producido cambios muy notables en el rendimiento y en la conducta de nuestros alumnos, y ha sido el origen de mejoras en la calidad de la ense\u00f1anza del centro en el que se ha
