Se hace uso de tres modelos de t\u00f3xicos; metilmercurio (me-hg), tolueno y  , 1 &#8211; iminodipropionitrilo (idpn) que act\u00faan sobre dichos cultivos, valor\u00e1ndose el da\u00f1o celular mediante el uso de biomarcadores celulares, neuronas, acetilcolinesterasa positivas (ache+) y astrocitos prote\u00edna gliofibrilar cida positivos (gdap+).  por la acci\u00f3n de los t\u00f3xicos se detecta un efecto de colinomimesis, producida tanto por el me-hg como por el idpn, igualmente se observa un efecto de gliosis producido por el tolueno. En los c\u00e1lculos de la dosis inhibitoria 50 (di50) se observa una actividad parecida del me-hg y del idpn sobre neuronas, y por c\u00e1lculo del efecto del tolueno y del idpn sobre astrocitos,
