Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las cepas de streptomyces ensayadas son capaces de deslignificar la paja de trigo obteni\u00e9ndose un pol\u00edmero de lignina precipitable por \u00e1cido (appl) cuya caracterizaci\u00f3n f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica por distintas cepas anal\u00edticas nos ha permitido alucidar la capacidad oxidativa de streptomyces sobre la lignina. Adem\u00e1s, las cepas ensayadas son capaces de despolimerizar la lignina dando lugar a productos de alto valor a\u00f1adido como son el \u00e1cido vain\u00edlico y el \u00e1cido fer\u00falico.  por otra parte, se ha comprobado que la capacidad de streptomyces para degradar en cultivo sumergido una \u00e1lcali-lignina obtenida a partir de la paja de trigo transformada por las distintas cepas, est\u00e1 relacionada con el ph del medio de cultivo, que a su vez es dependiente de la fuente de nitr\u00f3gena. Destacar tambi\u00e9n, la producci\u00f3n de enzimas oxidativas y hemicelulol\u00edticas por las cepas ensayadas en diferentes condiciones de cultivo, lo que permite la utilizaci\u00f3n especialmente de la cepa s.
