Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La estimulaci\u00f3n de monocitos humanos con el p\u00e9ptido sint\u00e9tico nvlgapkklnesgav, conlleva un aumento de la producci\u00f3n de citoquinas il-1, il-6 y tnf-a, as\u00ed como el incremento de la elevaci\u00f3n en los niveles intracelulares de segundos mensajeros. En estudios previos se ha observado a su vez, que el tratamiento de monocitos humanos con beta-endorfina provoca un aumento de los niveles intracelulares de ampc y de la expresi\u00f3n de la inos.  en este trabajo se pone de manifiesto que tanto el p\u00e9ptido fisiol\u00f3gico como el sint\u00e9tico aumentan la actividad nf-kb y creb medida en extractos celulares de monocitos humanos.  el an\u00e1lisis de los componentes de nf-kb, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de anticuerpos espec\u00edficos revela la existencia de d\u00edmeros p50\/p50 y p50\/p65. la utilizaci\u00f3n de inhibidores espec\u00edficos demuestra que la activaci\u00f3n de ambos factores requiere la integridad de la v\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n que desencadena el p\u00e9ptido, en lo que se refiere a las etapas implicadas en la elevaci\u00f3n secuencial de ca2+, no y ampc.  tanto la beta-endorfina como el p\u00e9ptido sint\u00e9tico, activan al factor creb, por fosforilaci\u00f3n por pka y a nf-kb por degradaci\u00f3n de ikb-a inducida por fosforilaci\u00f3n por pka y por la quinasa dependiente de pp2b.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>La beta-endorfina y peptidos sinteticos utilizan vias de se\u00f1alizacion convergentes en la activacion de factores de transcripcion en monocitos humanos.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 La beta-endorfina y peptidos sinteticos utilizan vias de se\u00f1alizacion convergentes en la activacion de factores de transcripcion en monocitos humanos. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Bengoechea Alonso M.
