Nwose Paschal <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M\u00e9todo  se realizaron 21 th en cerdos large white. se realiz\u00f3 isquemia caliente del injerto en el donante mediante oclusi\u00f3n total de arteria hep\u00e1tica y vena porta durante 30 minutos. los animales se distribuyeron en grupo a o control (n:11) y grupo b o tratado (n:10). los receptores del grupo b recibieron iv 500 mg. \u00e1Cido tranex\u00e1mico (un antifibrinol\u00edtico con acci\u00f3n anticomplemento). Se determin\u00f3 el complemento total en sangre a los 5 minutos y media hora de la reperfusi\u00f3n y cada 6 horas. Se determin\u00f3 malonidialdehide (mda) en biopsia hep\u00e1tica en cirug\u00eda de banco, postreperfusi\u00f3n y autopsia. Se realizaron pruebas de funci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica al inicio y final de la intervenci\u00f3n y diariamente a partir del primer d\u00eda.  resultados  el sistema de complemento fue activado con la reperfusi\u00f3n. El tratamiento con \u00e1cido tranex\u00e1mico inhibi\u00f3 la activaci\u00f3n de complemento en un 50% (p=0.012). La peroxidaci\u00f3n lip\u00eddica, determinada por los niveles de mda, fue significativamente menor en el grupo tratado (p=0.007). La funci\u00f3n precoz fue tambi\u00e9n mejor (ast: p&lt;0.05, alt: p&lt;0.05; tdp:p&lt;0.05). El da\u00f1o del injerto fue menor en el grupo b.
