La definici\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda se realiza en base a:  &#8211; el desarrollo de modelos matem\u00e1ticos que simulan ambos procesos.  &#8211; la determinaci\u00f3n experimental de los par\u00e1metros fundamentales de los dos tipos de mecanizado y el an\u00e1lisis de la influencia de las condiciones de corte en ellos.  &#8211; el estudio mediante un modelo en el dominio de la frecuencia de la influencia de esos par\u00e1metros fundamentales en la estabilidad de los procesos de corte.  &#8211; la obtenci\u00f3n de resultados cuantitativos respecto a la estabilidad de los
