Tambi\u00e9n se han asignado los niveles de rotaci\u00f3n interna del grupo metilo en o- y m-toluidina.  el enfrentamiento producido en el sistema de haces moleculares ha permitido registrar por lif los espectros de los complejos de van der waals formados por las mol\u00e9culas base anteriores y los disolventes cf3cl, cf3h, ch4 y cf4. Se han asignado los nuevos modos vibracionales y los modos de rotaci\u00f3n interna del grupo metilo de los correspondientes complejos as\u00ed como la estequiometr\u00eda de los mismos. La direcci\u00f3n de los desplazamientos hacia el rojo o el azul respecto al origen de la transici\u00f3n de la mol\u00e9cula base se discute ampliamente en esta memoria.  se han realizado c\u00e1lculos ab initio para determinar las geometr\u00edas de las mol\u00e9culas aisladas en los estados s0 y s1 que justifican cualitativamente el espectro experimental obtenido. Tambi\u00e9n se han calculado las energ\u00edas de enlace de todos los complejos, observ\u00e1ndose que para los disolventes polares la energ\u00eda de enlace es superior que en los complejos con
