Para averiguar el pronostico de este grupo de pacientes se han utilizado muchos metodos y parametros (clinicos, morfologicos, histologicos, bioquimicos&#8230;) con resultados desiguales para identificar grupos de riesgo susceptibles de someterse a terapia sistemica adyuvante a este grupo con teorico buen pronostico. En este trabajo se aplican tests inmunohistoquimicos ( determinacion del oncogen neu, p53, catepsina d y antigeno nuclear de proliferacion celular) y tras realizar analisis de regresion uni y multivariante se obtienen diversos grupos de pacientes con riesgo de presentar recurrencia y por tanto, susceptibles de recibir terapia sistemica adyuvante.
