Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis presentamos la obtenci\u00f3n de las ecuaciones de la fase de transici\u00f3n de las reacciones enzim\u00e1ticas en condiciones estrictas, as\u00ed como con la suposici\u00f3n frecuente de que una o m\u00e1s de las etapas reversibles involucradas en el mecanismo de las reacciones enzim\u00e1ticas se supongan en equilibrio r\u00e1pido, en este \u00faltimo caso, las ecuaciones pueden expresarse como funciones de las constantes individuales de velocidad de las etapas reversibles supuestas en equilibrio r\u00e1pido, o bien en funci\u00f3n de las correspondientes constantes de equilibrio, a su vez, las ecuaciones del estado estacionario, se obtienen f\u00e1cilmente a partir de las ecuaciones de la fse de transici\u00f3n, haciendo que en \u00e9stas el tiempo tienda a infinito.  se ha implementado un programa de ordenador f\u00e1cil de usar.  con un c\u00f3modo formato de entrada de datos, r\u00e1pido y que permite al usuario obtener de la forma m\u00e1s simplificada, los coeficientes de las ecuaciones anteriores.  el programa anterior se ha aplicado al estudio te\u00f3rico y experimental de distintos sistemas enzim\u00e1ticos, entre otros resultados, se propone un sistema de discriminaci\u00f3n entre los mecanismos ordenado ter ter y ordenado ter ter theorell chance y se realiza un an\u00e1lisis completo de la reacci\u00f3n de oxidaci\u00f3n de los sustratos: 4-ter-butilcatecol y dopamina respectivamente, en presencia de per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno y catalizada por la enzima peroxidasa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Analisis cinetico de las reacciones enzimaticas.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Analisis cinetico de las reacciones enzimaticas. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Ruiz Galea M.
