Por ello, resulta interesante estudiar cu\u00e1les son los factores que configuran los estilos de direcci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la vinculaci\u00f3n entre las caracter\u00edsticas personales y actitudes de los empresarios y la forma en que \u00e9stos llevan a cabo la direcci\u00f3n de sus empresas, todo lo cual dar\u00e1 lugar a estilos de direcci\u00f3n diferentes. Para ello, en este trabajo se realizan diferentes an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edsticos (an\u00e1lisis factorial, an\u00e1lisis cluster, anova de un factor) que, partiendo de las dos perspectivas que configuran los estilos de direcci\u00f3n: desde su aspecto psico-social-atendiendo a las caracter\u00edsticas psicol\u00f3gicas de quienes toman las decisiones y la forma en que se manifiestan y mediante el conjunto de normas y valores aceptados y las pautas de conducta de los directivos- y en su aspecto econ\u00f3mico-empresarial-considerando la forma en que se toman las decisiones y c\u00f3mo se desarrolla la funci\u00f3n directiva-, nos conducen a la corroboraci\u00f3n de esta hip\u00f3tesis, as\u00ed como a la determinaci\u00f3n de una clasificaci\u00f3n de los estilos de
