Se trata, en definitiva, de una percepci\u00f3n externa de esta instituci\u00f3n compleja y de naturaleza juridica indeterminada, tomando como punto de referencia y privilegiando el tratamiento que dicha figura recibe de los acuerdos interconfederales del 97 y del convenio colectivo sectorial. El proposito de este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n es, en \u00faltima instancia, partiendo de la dualidad o tensi\u00f3n que subyace entre el sistema heteronomo y autonomo, buscar un equilibrio que
