investigaci\u00f3n se efect\u00faa (cap\u00edtulo primero) un recorrido hist\u00f3rico sobre los modelos de relaci\u00f3n en el mundo del trabajo, al amparo de la legislaci\u00f3n vigente en cada momento, cuando aquel se efect\u00faa por cuenta ajena.  el concepto de relaciones industriales (cap\u00edtulo segundo\u00bb\u00bb, tiene el enfoque de disciplina para el estudio de los aspectos relacionados con el mundo del trabajo desde una concepci\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica, en la que el proceso de interrelaci\u00f3n se refiere al ejercicio del poder en el modo de asignar los recursos a trav\u00e9s del proceso de regulaci\u00f3n conjunta negociaci\u00f3n colectiva (cap\u00edtulo tercero), con el fin de lograr el gobierno de las situaciones en el mundo del trabajo.  el modelo sist\u00e9mico propuesto, supone una forma integral de estudio de las relaciones industriales acorde a la situaci\u00f3n actual.  la parte emp\u00edrica de este trabajo (cap\u00edtulo cuarto), ha sido realizada sobre el sector del metal en navarra, por su importancia y repercusi\u00f3n en el conjunto de la econom\u00eda de la comunidad foral de navarra.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
